Who I Help
Living with Endometriosis can feel overwhelming. Pain, bloating, fatigue, and unpredictable cycles often make it difficult to live the life you want.
For some women, the goal is to simply reduce day-to-day symptoms and regain energy. For others, it’s the challenge of trying to conceive while managing Endometriosis.
Wherever you are, know this: you don’t have to figure it out alone. Nutrition is one of the most powerful tools you have to take back control of your health and future.
How I Can Support You
I’ve created two clear pathways to support women with Endometriosis:
Managing Endometriosis symptoms
- Eat to Ease Endometriosis Symptoms → learn the basics of how food affects Endo.
- Reclaim Your Life from Endometriosis → personalised Endo diet, five 1:1 consultations, and ongoing email support to reduce digestive symptoms, fatigue, and flare-ups.
- Manage Your Endometriosis & Health for Life → a comprehensive program including intolerance testing, diet redesign, stress, sleep, and exercise strategies for long-term change.
Supporting fertility with Endometriosis
- The Fertility Nutrition Starter Course → three short lessons on Endo, egg quality, and inflammation.
- Improve Your Fertility Naturally → 1:1 nutrition coaching to reduce inflammation and support conception naturally or alongside IVF.

"I was preparing for IVF and wanted to do everything possible to improve my chances. The changes we made gave me more energy, and I felt confident I was giving my body the best support." — Client, Fertility Program
Hi, I’m Anne-Marijke (AMG), a qualified nutritionist specialising in Endometriosis and fertility.
Going through IVF myself was the hardest thing I’ve ever done — a rollercoaster of emotions and uncertainty. I now have my daughter, but I’ll never forget the longing and struggle.
That experience, combined with my professional training, drives me to help other women with Endometriosis use nutrition to ease symptoms and improve fertility. My approach is practical, evidence-based, and always supportive.
