I offer 3 programs to help you reduce the hold that Endometriosis has over your life.

All programs are nutrition-based and will help you to reduce the severity of your Endometriosis symptoms. You get one-on-one support with me via video calls and we will create your personal Endometriosis diet.

Even if you are not ready to try to fall pregnant right now, I recommend you check out 'Improve your Fertility Naturally' first. The sooner you start improving your fertility the better the results.

If fertility is not on your radar and you want to reduce the severity of your Endometriosis symptoms

I offer 2 programs:

Reclaim your Life from Endometriosis is a 3-month program where we design your unique personal Endometriosis diet, taking any other health concerns into consideration as well. You will have lots of support from me through 5 one-on-one consultations, and you also have unlimited email support that continues after you've finished the program.

Manage your Endometriosis and Health for Life is a 9-month program where we not only design your personal Endometriosis diet, but also develop strategies to reduce stress, improve sleep and create manageable exercise habits to help you feel well and healthy and manage your health for the rest of your life.

Endometriosis is a chronic disease and without a cure in sight, you'll have to assume you'll have it for life. 

  • If you want to have all the tools and strategies to manage and control your symptoms for life, a longer program (the 9-month Manage your Endometriosis and Health for Life) gives you the time and support you need to make diet and lifestyle changes gradually. 
  • A shorter program (the 3-month Reclaim your life from Endometriosis) will provide you with some key diet changes to make and this can help you to see improvements more quickly.

Endometriosis is a complex disease and it takes time to uncover and address all the underlying factors that affect you. 

  • In the 9-month program Manage your Endometriosis and Health for Life we can explore your underlying factors more deeply and can track your improvements over a longer period of time.
  • In the shorter 3-month program Reclaim your life from Endometriosis, we focus on some key personalised diet changes so you can see improvements quickly.

Change is hard! Real, sustainable change takes time and consistency

  • In the 9-month program Manage your Endometriosis and Health for Life you will have the opportunity to develop healthy diet and life habits and build them into your daily routines that you can stick to. You can be confident that you will be able to manage and control your symptoms once the program is finished.
  • Upon completion of the 3-month program Reclaim your life from Endometriosis, you will have developed some key diet habits and seen some motivating improvements in your symptoms.

The all-important money issue. We can't ignore the current cost-of-living crisis.

Both programs allow you to pay in installments.

  • The installments for the 9-month program Manage your Endometriosis and Health for Life can be monthly or fortnightly and are less than the 3-month program but continue for longer.
  • The installments for the 3-month program are fortnightly but don't go as long. You can also choose to pay the full amount up front, which saves you a bit of money.
